		<description>I&#039;m surprised the women haven&#039;t taken a stronger stance vs. the management&#039;s complacency - it sounds like he&#039;s really negatively impacting their day to day jobs and ability to perform, so it ought to be in the best interests of the business to deal with this guy who is costing THEM money.

Perhaps an intervention is in order? No, not for the guy - he&#039;s a clueless twit (and probably won&#039;t listen) - but for the management, who need to know that their own business is on the line. He may be costing them clients today... but tomorrow he&#039;ll be costing them their own team of talented workers.</description>
